Employee Relations
We work closely with you in developing the appropriate policies and training and supporting the company ethos to minimise the occurrence of employee relations issues within the workplace. When and if they occur, we will either advise and guide you to ensure that they are managed in line with legislation and your company policy, or we can manage the process to ensure that there is not only an independent and impartial process, but ensures that your focus maintains on the business, and that your employees have the right support and concerns are managed by an expert.
Disciplinary
One of our specialisms is managing and advising on disciplinary issues. We can assist you in conducting thorough and impartial investigations, and in ensuring that the investigations are robust and objective but identify if there are any cause for concern. We can support every aspect of the process from initial concerns arising to conducting the disciplinary investigation, being a disciplinary hearing panel member, or an appeal panel member. All in adherence with employment legislation, and with protecting the business from any employment tribunal claims.
Grievances

Restructures
We will work closely with you to assess the contributing factors to the requirement for a restructure, the business rationale for structural changes, and identifying the business and employee implications. TUPE
Our TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) service provides expert support during business transfers or service provision changes. Our consultants will plan and guide you through the TUPE process from conducting due diligence and assessing risks to creating the necessary documentation and leading or supporting employee consultation meetings. We will also support with any concurrent or follow up business needs such as staff restructure. We will communicate effectively with affected employees whilst working to safeguard employee rights and minimise disruption during transitions, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant transfer of employment.
